Cortell Australia provides a dedicated regional support centre for the support and issue resolution of IBM Cognos TM1 applications.
The support centre is located in Sydney, Australia. It operates from 9 am to 6pm Monday to Friday for direct telephone contact, and 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for email lodgment and self service ticket creation.
